It's mid June & water temps are low, but levels are high due to recent rains, so FOR SURE fish will be activly feeding around all river & creek mouths. Cast a rapala into the current near shore for bass, fish a jig or lindy rig in 10 - 12 ft for walleye. If you see swirling eddies cast into them, let the current take tour bait & hold on!!

Here is a great fishing seceret!! Watch the shoreline for sloping bedrock with holes in it.... every one of these holds lurking fish, so cast a floating rapala over them. Shallow you'll get bass & a bit deeper walleye & northern.

Weeds near shore are full of crappie ready to spawn. Use an ultralite rig, cast the smallest floating rapala & retrieve SLOWLY SLOWLY, the fish will rise to take your lure, and you won't get hung up in the weeds during your retrieve!!
